If you discover any manufacturing fault or defect within 7 days of receiving your order, we will replace the item with a brand new unit FREE of charge.
2. Replacement Claim Process
Contact our customer care team via WhatsApp or phone. Once verified, our delivery rider or courier service will pick up the defective unit and hand over the replacement parcel.
